We charge a standard 0.5% rate on collections received. However, no matter how large the transaction amount is, our collection fee never exceeds ₦130. For instance, receiving a ₦500,000 payment only incurs a ₦130 fee instead of ₦2,500!

The ₦50 Stamp Duty (EMTL) is a statutory levy mandated by the Federal Government of Nigeria. At HeedPay, this fee applies strictly to **Payout transfers greater than ₦10,000**. Payouts of ₦10,000 or below and standard Pay-In collections are not charged this levy.

HeedPay charges a flat rate of ₦20 for standard bank payout transfers. If the payout transfer is strictly above ₦10,000, the statutory ₦50 Government Stamp Duty applies, making the total fee ₦70.
